Mira Slama specializes in music and concert photography. With a passion for capturing the energy and essence of live performances, his work transports viewers into the heart of the music.
Drawing from his own experience as a musician, Mira developed a unique perspective on photography. As a bass player with the band Savage Messiah, he toured extensively, sharing stages with renowned acts such as Amon Amarth, Cradle of Filth, Testament, Soulfly, Trivium, and many others. Mira's music career took him to more than 20 countries and major festivals including Download UK, Mainstage at Hellfest, LoudPark Japan, ProgPower USA and many more.
His expertise as a musician enables him to intuitively grasp what bands need, making him an invaluable asset during photo shoots and live performances.
Whether capturing the raw energy of a band on stage, freezing a fleeting moment of connection between musicians, or immortalizing the essence of a music festival, Mira's photographs evoke the emotions and atmosphere of the live experience.
